Mindfulness & Meditation With Spirit

Mindfulness simply means: Paying attention.

Mindfulness encourages you to pay attention to your mind, body, and emotions/feelings.

Meditation is a way of stilling the busy mind. 

Combined with the amazing healing power of Spirit the Pony, you and/or your child will feel relaxed, stress-free, and calm in no-time!

Meet Spirit The Pony!

He's 13 years old, loves to be scratched behind his ears, and is a gentle, affectionate pony who absolutely loves carrots and apple snacks. 

You'll fall in love with his spirit, and you'll never want to leave him! We'll learn how to connect, brush and groom, intuitively 'talk' to Spirit, and practice some great yoga stretches, mindful breathing, and fun activities!

Spirit would love to meet you. He loves kids and adults!

When you book a session with Spirit, you'll enjoy: 

- learning how to properly groom and care for horses

- practice mindful breathing techniques with Spirit 

- enjoy interactive activities with Spirit

- get kisses for treats ( his favorite thing to do!) 

- walk and connect with him, learning how to use your intuition to 'sense' how he's feeling

- use the P.O.N.Y method to feel calm, focused, and relaxed

- interactive mindfulness exercises to test your patience, focus, and clarity as well as Spirit's!

- hug, snuggle, pet and feel totally loved by Spirit. 

Sessions are one hour approximately. 

No riding, but you can book a riding lesson directly afterward and I'll guide you to a professional and certified coach.
