We'll create TWO gorgeous, step-by-step breathing-bracelets AND practice mindful breathing techniques together!
Parents are welcome to join/watch but this is for KIDS only!!
Let's learn how to find calm, mindfulness, rest and peace for an hour together online.
All things will be shipped to your home.
